How often are the metrics calculated? What is the difference between "live" and "historical" datas ?

Our dashboard offers two different views: live data and historical data.

The live data is, as the name suggests, live. This means you are querying our raw database directly. All recorded data is available, and all calculations are performed in real-time. This provides virtually no delay between events on Google Discover and what you see on our platform. However, since all calculations are made on-the-spot, this process is somewhat slower. To prevent strain on our system, only the last 4 days of data can be accessed in this manner.

On the other hand, the historical data is pre-calculated. This means you aren't querying our raw data directly; instead, we've already processed and prepared answers to possible queries. This makes accessing historical data much faster. Calculations for this data are done at the end of the day for each country, based on its respective timezone, and are generally available about 2 hours later. The pre-calculated data for the "Worldwide" category is typically accessible one day after the day being analyzed.
